1. Sale and Purchase of Goods
At Aadishree Creation, we are committed to delivering your orders in excellent condition and within the promised time frame. We ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays, ensuring prompt and professional service.
Aadishree Creation (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and you (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, the goods described and selected at the checkout page (“Goods”) under the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Purchase Price
The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
The total Purchase Price must be paid in full at the time of order placement via the payment methods available on the website. In the case of non-payment or payment disputes, the Seller reserves the right to recover outstanding dues, including any applicable legal fees and costs of collection.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made according to Aadishree Creation’s shipping policy in effect at the time of shipment. While we aim for timely dispatch and delivery, any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. All packaging will be done following Aadishree Creation’s standard procedures.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported to their destination country.
- For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees according to the recipient’s country laws.
- Most of our shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. If you are asked to pay any duty, contact us immediately.
- Customs processes may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines. The recipient may be required to submit identification or tax documents as per local customs regulations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as-is”. Aadishree Creation makes no warranties regarding product fitness for any particular purpose unless expressly stated. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Colour Disclaimer
Due to screen display variations and lighting during photography, there may be minor differences between product images and the actual product colours. This shall not be considered a defect.
8. Price Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy in product description and pricing. However, in case of any error in pricing, Aadishree Creation reserves the right to cancel or refuse such orders.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or government regulations.
10. General Terms
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
- The Buyer cannot transfer or assign rights under this agreement without the Seller’s consent.
- Changes to these terms are valid only if made in writing and signed by Aadishree Creation.
- If any clause of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
