Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Aadishree Creation, we are committed to delivering your orders in excellent condition and within the promised time frame. We ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays, ensuring prompt and professional service.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
To ensure timely and secure delivery, we ship via trusted courier services like BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX, and FedEx.
Domestic Orders (within India): Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days
International Orders: Delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days, depending on the destination.
Please note:
Special categories like Art & Collectibles (if applicable in future) may be shipped via surface logistics within India and via DHL internationally, which may require additional time for delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
All shipments (excluding Art & Collectibles) are dispatched as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no import duty is required to be paid by you. In the rare case you are charged duty, we request you to clear it and we will reimburse you via store credit.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
For high-value international shipments (such as orders over $2500 to the USA), customs may require you to submit identity documents (like passport, national ID, or tax identification number). Failure to provide these documents can lead to the shipment being returned to India and the order value being non-refundable.
By default, we combine multiple items in one box per order. If you require individual packaging for each product, extra charges may apply
Remote area surcharge: For certain pin codes and international remote locations, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. You will be informed prior to dispatch in such cases.

The delivery timelines mentioned above are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control like courier disruptions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, our support team will always be available to assist you.
